At Fit For Life & Club Energy we have a wide range of private group personal training available from our team of Personal Trainers.
Small Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training is great for anyone wanting to start out at the gym. Maybe you’re unsure of what to do and how to perform exercises correctly. Working with a trainer in a small group environment will allow the trainer to coach and adjust technique for better performance.
Group Personal Training is normally limited to 8 per group so that the instructor can coach on a more personal basis.
We have a wide range of instructors and times available for this service.
