Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning Classes are aimed at both males and females that enjoy weight training. They cater for all abilities as weights and exercise progression can be modified to suit your strength/fitness level. Challenge yourself while having fun training in a group environment.
Spin classes are a fitness based class. Expect the heart rate to rise as you spin to tunes both old and new. Slip on a polar sensor to take your class to another level. Watch your heart rate as its projected onto the wall during the class. A great cardio challenge mixed with lots of fun.

At Fit For Life & Club Energy we have a wide range of private group personal training available from our team of Personal Trainers.
Small Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training is great for anyone that wants results based training. We offer small groups of up to 8 clients per group. You will train twice per week with your trainer in a private studio. Download your personal training app where you will find your 5 week training program with your weights and progression tailored specifically for you.
Push for results by logging your nutrition each week. Your trainer will check in once per week with valuable feedback on both nutrition and exercise progression allowing you to reach your goals stress free.
