Classes

For All Levels of Fitness

At Fit For Life we offer a large timetable of classes weekly. Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and strength. You can attend our classes by purchasing a membership plan or visiting on a pay as you go basis. You don’t need to book our classes but we do ask that you turn up 5-10 minutes before the class start time so that you can have your heart rate monitor set up or have your bike set up for the Spin class.

We ask that all attendees participate in the warm up/mobility and cool down/stretch sections of the class too.

There are no contacts with any of our gym memberships.

Group Personal Training is a results based program that will help you reach your desired goals.

Strength & Conditioning classes offer a mix of both strength training and cardio based training to increase your fitness levels.

Jump on a spin bike for a fun filled cardio workout. Challenge yourself by wearing a Polar heart rate monitor and watch your heart rate as it is displayed on the wall during the class.

This class is new to our timetable for 2025. This class is suited to those that want to train towards a better fitness level.
