Strength & Conditioning
In our Strength & Conditioning classes you will be challenged with a mix of both elements of training. You will be under the guidance of a trainer who will be there to fix technique issues and help you build confidence in lifting weights and in stepping out of the comfort zone with conditioning training. This class is for all levels from beginners to the more advanced trainer.
We also incorporate the POLAR heart rate monitoring system in all our classes. This enables you to see first hand how you are performing in classes.
