I have had a love for Health and Fitness from an early age, which lead me to getting qualified in an Industry that I am extremely passionate about.
I believe in building strong and able bodies for the present and the future, whether you play competitive sport or having a kick about in the garden with your kids. Strengthening your joints through their full range of motion, making sure your body is strong for life and any tasks you ask it to do.
It is important to assess any weaknesses and imbalances in the body. If your body doesn’t function like it should, it will compensate and compensation leads to injury every time.
I work at improving clients Body Awareness so they know what should be ‘activated’ when training. Essentially educating the client on how to move well with resistance and gain more control of their body. This will lead to better more maintainable results Long-term.
