At Fit For Life we offer a large timetable of classes weekly. Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and strength. You can attend our classes by purchasing a membership plan or visiting on a pay as you go basis. You don’t need to book our classes but we do ask that you turn up 5-10 minutes before the class start time so that you can have your heart rate monitor set up or have your bike set up for the Spin class.<\/p>

We ask that all attendees participate in the warm up\/mobility and cool down\/stretch sections of the class too.<\/p>
