My passion for fitness, combined with a sports lecturing background has led me to establishing ‘Benny-Fit’ and joining the team at ‘Fit For Life Club Energy’. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I am a firm believer that exercise should be as enjoyable as possible. My aim as a trainer is to increase awareness of the benefits of being physically active and making life as enjoyable as possible. One of my main roles in the fitness industry has seen me provide specific programmes for those with a medical condition, which can be improved with exercise. Having worked with a wide range of training clients, in all corners of the globe from New York to Melbourne, it has taught me how to be adaptable to train all types of people.
I like to take a fun and educational approach to each training session, ensuring my clients are leaving in a better place than when they started. Einstein never claimed to be the smartest, he insists that he simply stayed with a problem longer than anyone else. In the same way, you do not have to be the strongest or the quickest, you are running your own race. It comes down to the same persistence and consistency that will help you achieve long term changes.
