We are introducing TEEN GYM to our revised September timetable to encourage and educate 13-16yr olds on the importance of a healthy body and mind and how to exercise safely in a gym. You will be shown how to use all pieces of equipment on the gym floor and participate in fun gym circuit training. A qualified trainer will be with you at all times to guide you through your workout.
This class is open to boys & girls aged 13-16 yrs
Parents/guardians must fill a PARQ form and give consent for the individual to participate in gym based exercise.
