We have introduced this class to our timetable to replace Pilates. We all believe that a strong core is a ‘SIX PACK’. This is incorrect! People with six packs can still have back & pelvic pain due to imbalances in the deeper layers of abdominal muscles. This class will help strengthen your abdominal wall from the foundations outwards. A strong healthy core is one where the deep abdominal and pelvic muscles are in good condition helping prevent back and pelvic pain and be able to carryout everyday tasks pain free.
This class is suitable for everyone from a Post Pregnancy female to a performance athlete. Absolutely everyone can benefit form a stronger core.
